well i was wondering if any one had a helmet that i could borrow for the weekend. would be very helpful for me, still not 100% on if i am doing it but just trying to see if there is any one who could help :-) also if any one else is signing up!

 

Check with club and see if they have loaners.

 

They usually have loaners but... eww. some one else sweaty head was in there.

If you can, I recommend you go ahead and buy one. You will be hooked on autocross then you will want to move up. I gave mine to my brother 2 month ago. I had one of this. Not expensive at all. Also a set of gloves is a must, your hand will get sweaty and the steering wheel will get slippery. Then if you really get into it, get you some shoes.

BTW get you a helmet/head sock. It will keep your helmet smelling better and not as sweaty.

 

LOL that was also my thinking I have 3 and only let hot girls
put them on, even then I clean it up really good and get all the
hair out b4 I put it back on my head. Just buy a HJC for low price, it's
not and Arai but will do great for autocross.

 

yeah i got a helmet extra too.. who wants to know..

 

oh and i livein the 757 so dont mind the profile.. i live in va beach.. i got two helmets 1 shoei $500 and a cheapy 200 one. bot DOT AND SNELL approved. let me know whats good
