Non Driving Fool Smashed Into My Mercedes On 270!!!

Non Driving Fool Smashed Into My Mercedes On 270!!!
SO.... I'm on 270 in heavy traffic but things were still moving along pretty well (40-50mph) the car in front of me got cut off and slammed on her brakes... I look in my rear view mirror and see someone accellerating towards me at probably 35-45mph as I slam on my brakes ... then WHAM. He hit me so hard it pushed me like 4 feet into the car in front of me (luckily no damage there) both the active headrests deployed, all four outboard seat gas shock etd's in the seatbelts deployed and my diet coke went everywhere. The car put itself into neutral, cut power to the engine turned the flashers on automatically and then called 911 for me. 
I'm ok with the exception of a slight hedache, and I bit my tounge but I'm sure I'll be a little sore from the seatbelt tomorrow. OH... and someone in a lemans sunset z with a really nice sounding exhaust drove by while I was sitting on the side of the guard rail. Here are some side of the road cell phone pics.

This is the inside of the trunk, the spare tire was dislodged and the bottom of the trunk well is torn, you can see through to the ground.
I'm ok with the exception of a slight hedache, and I bit my tounge but I'm sure I'll be a little sore from the seatbelt tomorrow. Mercedes Benz FTMFGDW!!! If I had been driving my E Class or my Z I would probably be in jail right now for involuntary manslaughter. Thank god I was driving a Benz though I would have been seriously hurt otherwise.
