Every car is different. Previously going from 13-15psi I was gaining 30whp per psi. My new set-up with much more agressive cams is much different.

Bryce is at the limit of pump gas, so the gains wont be as good there as from gains at lower boost levels.

What are these turbos good for?

Added a video.

+1 on What Alberto said.

The extra boost really added a lot of torque though - 70wtq!

We had some trouble with the car spinning at the torque peak on the dyno. The tire contact patch is relatively small and the tires are really do for a change. If you listen to the video, you can hear it squeal as it spins. This definitely contributed to some of the fall off. Frank and I hopped in the trunk to get the solid run where it made 550/550 and it was still spinning a bit - from the graph, the torque looks like it could be higher than it read.

We're also looking into the EVC parameters. New tires are coming soon anyway, we'll get it back on the dyno, hopefully sometime when its not 90+ degrees outside. LOL, it is July though

The compressor should be good efficiently to mid 20s. Its certainly not a "highway killer" type of kit, but with an upgraded fuel system, I really believe the car is capable of quick spooling 600s no sweat (although probably not on pump).

But not in the least am I or we unhappy with the 93 Octane numbers! The car feels GREAT

Compressor is good to mid 20's what about the turbine? If it spools so quick I doubt it would handle that.

BTW-no worries on the temps that what SAE correction is for. What were the actual numbers? Id imagine lower than SAE with those conditions.

Surprisingly, uncorrected was not that much lower somewhere in the low 540s for both. The dyno read 91 degrees with 38% humidity. The intercooler is certainly doing its job.

As far as the turbocharger goes, well that a secret lol . The quick spool is not necessarily a result of the turbine, a lot is from the over all
design of the system. The turbos are considerably bigger than for instance the JWT530, but produce similar spool characteristics with much higher overall outputs. They should be able to handle 23psi. Anything higher may be a bit much, but I've been pleasantly surprised thus far.

Built, or stock? 3.5L? 3.8L? 4.2L? Waayyyyyy to many variables. Also what turbo kit?

Most 3.5L with off the shelf kits are mid 500's pump gas, some barely break 600's. Others are well into 600's on pump but I wouldnt know anything about that

Plus the turbos still have A LOT left in them. C16...hmmmmm
(*Note: I had NOTHING to do with post deletion in this thread)
Can you explain why the power drops off so much?
