My car is lowered on tanabe GF 210 and ONLY have a front lip with about 3" ground clearance. Will the lip fail me? Also i have two different tire brand rear from the front, and the TPS light is ON will that matter. thanks

I think you should be fine -- I've never had any problems getting a lowed car inspected. You aren't required to have TPS sensors, its an extra feature for our cars. If the light worries you, disconnect the battery before you take it in to clear out the code, the light shouldn't pop on before you get to the inspection station.
