Like you said, you aren't gonna loose the pack, unless you fall asleep at the wheel.

Crap. I ran into suspension problems last night when installing my coilovers and I did not want to make the hike out to Skyline Drive because well, something could of gone wrong.
Ye, sorry about that, man. I wasn't thinking real clearly. Woke up this morning feeling like a tenderized piece of steak. Wish I was with you all right now. Hell, I wish I had a car right now. I'm leaving to go take a good look at the damages and take some pictures for the court date. When I get back I'll put em up.
well, it was good meeting everyone today. sorry I had to roll out early on the drive. Hope everyone get's home safely, there was a wreck soon as I got off of skyline drive. looked like it involved a minivan, guardrail, and possibly a motorcycle. people post some pics soon as ya can.
This drive was great. Finally made it to Wayside restaurant after sitting in the backed up traffic for 40mins. I took photos of the bear up the tree that everyone was gawking at (the cause of the jam). It was incredible - people with their kids at the bottom of the tree looking up at the bear taking photos. I wondered what would happen if that bear had climbed down.
Hope everyone got home safe. Cruising down 66 has never been so much fun.
Cheers for organizing this David.
Got home at 7:45pm and the wife had a beer waiting.
Will post pics soon.

Despite
a couple of wrong turns
terrible traffic
a bear in the tree tops
and abandoning 07nismoz at Burger King
I say we did well. Most of us got to the same place at approximately the same time. Appreciate the support. Its one thing to signup on a list. Its another to get your butt out of bed and drive all the way to Manassas. We will do it again in Spring 2009.
