1st Annual 240sx Fall Meet/BBQ


When: SUNDAY October 26th 2008 (day after Drift Nirvana)

Fall/Winter is coming upon us so I felt it would be good to have a last get together between all S-chassis cars in the Mid-atlantic area. This meet will be advertised in numerous forums.

Seneca Creek has proven time and time again as a great place to meet. Food and Beverages will be provided, but due to our limited budget, we would highly appreciate if some of you could bring food/drinks when you come.



In order to make this a successful BBQ we will need everyone to volunteer to bring something.
Just to give you an idea of what items we need, here are some suggestions:

-Coal
-Cooking utensils
-Finger foods - chips and dip
-Coolers (as well as ice)
-Condiments (Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonaise, Relish etc)
-Burgers + Buns
-Hot Dogs + Buns
-Cold pasta (mac, potato salad, mac n cheese)
-Drinks (soda, water, juice)
-Plastic utensils
-Napkins
-Plates
-Trash bags
-Snacks (brownies, cookies, donuts etc)
-Be creative....

Here is a list of what people have decided to bring so far. Just because someone has decided to bring a certain item doesn't mean we can't use more of it. But let's try to stay away from everyone bringing napkins lol

1. plates, napkins, utensils.(leftovers from previous meets)
2. Pringles or Baked Lays
3. Snacks
4. Hotdogs, Plasicware and Coal

OP I didn't know you were part of that site that runs that I am a moderator for it, its funny that we have never cross paths if you are on there.

Yeah I am going I am bringing some snacks too like chips and napkins I go to almost all of them this is the 7th one IIRC. But it is the 1st annual for all 240sx owners not just midatlantic240sx.com

also free to enter park with military ID, might be able to get away with a civilian CAC card as well, its been over a year since I've met up with these guys, I'll see if can go, it will be last minute decision for me because Im also considering the skyline drive.
