Default HELP! Looking for a One Bedroom Apartment in Columbia/Ellicott City, MD

Hey Mid-A'ers. I need help on finding an apartment in the Columbia, Ellicott City area. Here are the criteria that I have.

1. One bedroom (size doesn't matter too much)
2. Price around $1000 - $1200 (including utilities) a month
3. Plenty of parking since I have a total of 3 cars
4. Ricer friendly (No cops hiding around the complex and no crazy speed bumps to stop me from having the Z there)
5. Pet friendly preferred (I want to bring my dog over and maybe get a cat. But this is not a must)
6. Close to route 29 since I will be working in Owings Mills, MD
7. Washer and Dryer in the apartment unit

That's all I can think of right now. I know a lot of you live in that area. Give me some advice my friends. I am looking to move before the end of November. Thanks in advance!

Those areas are a little high, but have a couple pretty nice apartment complexes. I dont know how close to 29 you need to be but I work in Owings mills and have a few freinds who live out here for 1200 or less for 2 bedrooms so you might be able to find something around Lyons Mill or Lakeside Blvd in your price range. Check it out.

Columbia, eh? You better sleep with one eye open unless all three cars are garaged. Buy a gun, a big dog and good insurance. Ask me how I know.

Good luck.
