Just as a FYI. Fresh Designs is no longer in College Park. They have moved to Rt.40 in Ellicott City. Check out their website for the new location and directions. The new shop is much nicer and being updated and expanded for more room.

How stupid is that... Then the person will go to court and get off and totally waste tax payers' money. BTW, I really don't know how you guys drive with super dark tint. I have 25% all around except for windshield and I can barely see the road when I make turns.
