I'm not familiar with this place but I decided to have my car completely detailed yesterday for $150 (mistake). First, the wheels were barely clean and there was break dust still visible with mud still under the fenders after they were done. Second, who knows what kind of towel they used because now there is swirl marks all over my car and it looks like complete sh*t! Third, I get in the car and my steering wheel has some sort of polish on it and I can't even fuc*ing grip it. This type of sh*t really pisses me off. I was in such a rush yesterday I didn't even feel like complaining. Just some advice to others that get their car detailed at this place, DON'T GO.

It might be too late... but its worth a try. If they are a stand up type of company they'll refund you... if not then this post is worth it I guess.

 

Yeah this place sucks.. my work was being painted and they got red overspray on my car. I took it to them and they charged 400$ to get it all off and it still looked like ****. Is this the one on 301 in waldorf? i doubt they will give you anything back , the place is ghetto.

Yea it's the one on 301. It was a spur of the moment thing and I just needed to get my car looking nice before Halloween so I figured I take it to this place. I guess they are hurting for business so they hired a bunch of people who can't speak English to detail cars. It's ghetto as sh*t in there man! It seems like it's geared towards people of want 24 inch rims on their trucks or big West Coast Customs Subwoofer boxes. The equipment they sell in there is all junk in my opinion. I need to get out of Waldorf soon because this place is starting to look like a ghetto it self.

There was another Z there after I left. It was black and had gunmetal wheels I think. I'm not sure if he's on here but I'd like to hear his story as well.

I guess there's no substitute for doing the work yourself. I will never let a shop like this touch my car again. I'm going back tomorrow because I haven't had time yesterday or today. Hopefully they work something out with me or I'll just file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

 

I'm getting a camera tonight so I'll have some pics up tomorrow hopefully.

When you get your car "detailed" you'd expect them to pay attention to "detail"

 

Just went up there and they are closed. Bastards....

 

that's a pretty crappy job, I know of a spot in VA that does 10x better. They even go as far as using toothpicks to get dirt out of little cracks and corners.
