Default can i drive my car like this? and body shop recos?

Im in the process of fixing my car still..
but i honestly have no time. I work aaaalll the time and when im not working, i have so much to do. so this is taking too long.

Right now, i have the front bumper as well as the right front fender off of the car. Is it legal to drive the car like that? i figure i can just put the front bumper back on so it has the reflectors and such.

i have all the parts needed for the fix so i would just drive and drop off for a paint and install.

and also, whats a good body shop around here?
i was thinking auto body plus in glen burnie

You should be able to drive without the front bumper cover as long as the support beam, turn signals, etc are there.
