6:30 sharp! We're going to eat at 6:30 SHARP! I don't really want to sit outside in the cold... We'll park on the side of the building where the dumpster is. That little area is usually empty.
PS: Keith you'll be surprised how many people that never tried pho ended up loving it and eating it like every other day. Think of it as ramen noodle but like 100x better.

Ricky you're rejected by the Asian community officially! They basically boil PORK BONE for days, months, years and that's the bases of their broth. Then they serve with meat of your choice (pork, beef, chicken, etc but beef is definitely the best), thin rice noodle, and a plate of vegetables(been sprout, onion, etc) on the side to throw into the soup.
