Well if we get a $2000 a month place, I would expect to pay $2500 a month after everything. You're looking at $850 a month per person. Not to mention the security deposit at the begining of the lease, which will be $2000. Renters insurance is a few hundred, but that's a one time price each year.

If you're not making at least $2000 a month after taxes, you won't be considered. No offense of course, its business
