Pros
1) I know alot of chicks out them ways, all over 21, sorry Ricky lol
2) Next to the water, endless feeders with minnow trap and fishing ftw
3) Secluded area
4) Its ballin as hell
5) I can buy a boat now!
6) Plenty of room
7) Short commute for me


Cons
1) Your commute is more

 

I'd definitely be willing to move down there, it would suck leaving everybody up here, but shyt, it'd be worth it. The little amount that I work, and since I'm opposite of traffic working nights, it'd be fine. Email/call that guy and lets go check it out some time.

 

There's a Gold's only 7 miles from there, so that's definitely a plus, too.
