I just got off the phone with him, there are 3 other potential buyers, hes owner/realtor, looking for people by end of jan....
But I told him itd be roomates and hes fine and he just ask that we run our own credit reports for him and lsat months pay stubs
I told him your lease is up in May and that Jan was a little soon but i told him we shouldget together for lunch or something and discuss, hes fine with it and seems like a cool guy.
So I cant go tmr with you but you can, he just wants us to let him know when we go because of neighbors

If we can find a legit third roomate by the end of Jan, I can work something out with my current landlord.
If we get him to come down on rent a little I'll move in at the beginning of Feb.
Of course, this is all dependant on a third roomie, know anybody? lol
