NADA will not get involved. They are not there to arbitrate disputes. They only provided a price guide for what vehicles should be worth. All that you can do is tell them what you want, which is what you are entitled to (NADA Clean Retail with mileage and equipment adjustments +/-). Tell them you can't go out and replace your car for the amount of money offered. Back it up with some local car ads off of cars.com and autotrader.com.
