Ok So my Volk Time Attacks where damaged in shipping and I need the red lips to be redone. Also I need to have 2 new rear tires mounted.

So. Which do I have done first? mount the tires and then get the lips redone or vice versa????

And who do I have do this work.
Last time I have RPM in richmond mount my tires and I think they did a good job, I just dont trust them, plus they charge 2x's the price of anyone else.

I will travel if I have to.
