i was the owner of the silver g...the kid was charged something, i have to go to court in march now. dont know what the charge was but its code 462-84 or 804, i cant read the troppers writting.there were plenty of witnesses to the accident that stopped. the lady he tried to cut off stopped too. the way it plays out with all the witnesses is that i was in the far left lane going 60-65, he flys by me in the lane to my left, tries to cut to his left and notices the lady in the sidekick and jerks the car back into his lane causing him to fishtail. he hits my rear pass. wheel/quater panel causing me to 180 across four lanes into the far right wall. if you look at the pics my hood stayed in place and every thing is push left. went the tow truck came and put the car on the bed the was tons of broken fiber composite.
Sorry Jon.
But you gotta admit it's at least partily true. And the sad thing is, everytime i've rolled with yal, no one has been driving crazy. You guys are a pretty calm bunch of drivers, that's where the cursed part comes in!! lol
this crap makes me a paranoid/schitzo when I drive. Im always afraid of something like this happening because of some stupid ricer. I hope you get every single penny out of him and some.
$8200 in repairs, just by looking at the G in the lot, and pulling the front bumper. The tear down starts in the morning.
So does this mean the insurance is gonna cover it?? I know normally they will only cover 1/3 the cost of the vehicle in repairs. So $8,200 is pushing it, hopefully there wont be any extra repairs.
