Yea thats not bad. Def do legs, you will grow much faster(and get stronger) Never tried the pre-workout. You're a big dude and you're gonna need LOTS of protein. Keep it up and lift hard..what kind of reps/sets do you do? and what are you trying to accomplish, cut? bulk? strong?

Is it true that too much sex would ruin a workout routine due to releasing of protein?
I'm bulking right now, kind of, haha. The pre-workout is great, definitely helped me. Gives me crazy pumps too. It'd take too much time to break everything down, but lately I've been going high weight/low reps. I'll be banned soon
