I'm bulking right now, kind of, haha. The pre-workout is great, definitely helped me. Gives me crazy pumps too. It'd take too much time to break everything down, but lately I've been going high weight/low reps. I'll be banned soon
yea high weight/low reps will help get stronger. Always do free weights...eff the other machines free weights ftw, you will always have better results with free weights. you should try like 6 reps for 5 sets, its good for bulking. Try to increase your weight a little each time you lift, it always makes things interesting lol
Yeah, deff free weights only. A friend and I have been doing this thing he likes, 6/6/6, 6 sets, 6 reps, in 6 minutes. We've been doing it with a few things, mainly military press with 150lbs.
ha yea i bet it does. thats pretty good for military press though. For legs you should try deadlifts and squats...good stuff(even tho i dont lift legs much lol i hate it) anyways, wtf we are like the same, always effing with people and not really caring haha. good stuff

I was down at Randolph Macon this past weekend, and I hit the gym there. There was either a class, or some of the football guys in there. I worked shoulders and was doing shrugs. I finished with 10 reps with 4 plates (405) and everybody was watching.
