Physical Therapists?
summary:
I need to visit a PT, anyone have any recommendations for me? Thanks!
long story:
I have a workout related injury near my sternum that affects my chest workouts. When I first got it, I had trouble moving my arms around, and breathing. I went to the georgia tech health center, and they gave me aspirin, and lots of ice. They also told me not to worry about it. I had never gotten an injury like that before, so I figured it was standard procedure.
Anyway, a few months went by and the pain was there if I worked out that area. I was also able to stretch in the morning, and make it "pop". After the "pop", any pain/tension/stress in the area was gone. Unfortunately, I didn't do anything about it then, and it's now been about 10 months. I'd like to visit a PT and learn more about what the **** is exactly happening in my chest...

This sounds ridiculous but I usually have to crack my sternum in the morning. Feels just as good as cracking my back. I just though I was a freak. Let me know what you find out.
(I could recommend PTs but they are in BMORE so probably no help for you)

I've seen Dr. Wolff there too. Great doctor.
Hope that helps man.
