Body Kit Dos and Donts
.. but I thought about it. in all honesty, a Z with a body kit and stock wheels looks terrible and could be ricey for sure.
there are plenty of wheels that look fine without a drop, so at least do your wheels prior to the kit.

Drop is small (tein S-Techs) work emotions CR Kai +20 is what i was thinking for wheels. I was gonna do a make over all in one swoop. Im one of those people who takes forever to decide on ****. (this post is a little bit of my homework before i purchase)

The question is.. the the V2 replica Poly-U or FRP? That's what makes the biggest difference in the world. FRP for the ultimate loss...
Not trying to undo someones sales but just saying.. I bought the Poly-U V2 and it is the hotness... And I dont have to worry about cracks and little rock pebble dents all in it...
my. .02 There is a vendor on the boards that does the poly-u bumpers. Perfect fitment...

I would say spend money on "the go first" then the show. I mean its nice to have alot of show but sucks when u have no go. I would work on the go first IMO. I would rather go fast, than look fast.

You guys have given me a lot to think about.
I little bit of show will make it mine though. I would love to wait until the car is "built" but im not sure when if ever it will be. It would just be nice to have something a little different. Im not looking to go crazy just a little personalization.

Blaaah... Just go for the body kit. There's no such thing as you need to have the power in order to have a good looking car. Look at Mike D's car. It's still NA but it has its own personality. I had a body kit and rims way before I went FI and so did Abui01. I don't think we've ever gotten any less respect because of that.

Nothing wrong with that. I just like keeping mine a sleeper. Most times when people add body mods it looks nice but it compliments when there is something under the hood. I know i wouldn't get into body mods becuase I wouldn't want to get pegged as a racer by the law.. its already bad enough I have a blk convertible Z and im black... need no more attention than that
I like the sleeper look. As far as anyone is concerned my car only has exhaust and a JWT popcharger.
FRP = hope you have money to fix it all the time due to cracks breaks and everything else.
FRP treated bumpers = dont believe the hype. If they act like poly-u there there must be a reason. Just get the poly-u and call it a mfing day.
But, everyone has to learn the hard way. Interesting to see what you go with first.
As far as show v go. Show gives you instant gratification that the car is unique in your own style. Go gives you a grin from ear to ear cause you effortlessly shifted through two gears and left some biiiaaacccchhhh still trying to double clutch in the left lane.
