My current roommate is moving out from the apartment .. We are looking for a replacement. The room is huge. We have a fairly clean and organized space. My other roommate is 22, I am 26 so we are looking for someone between 20-30 .. The apartment is located behind grosvenor metro so it is just 5 minutes walking to the metro. Ideal for a grad student or for a working proffessional in D.C. No pets, no smoking and no crazy parties The apartment and neighborhood is very queit and safe. The rent will be $615 including everything and there is also a security deposit. We have a lease until October 2009 , option to extend too.. So if you are interested in, let me know.
