Default Front Fascia Fitment??

Guys, I am thinking of installing my Stillen front fascia myself and have questions about how difficult this process is going to be. I looked in the Stillen catalog and the job is rated as installation by experienced professionals only.

Have any of you ever done this yourselves (with help of course)?

I am also wondering what the standard for fitment is in the Mid-A. When I mock fit mine on it looks like there may be some 1/8"-1/4" gaps right at the bottom corner of the headlights, but it fits snug everywhere else. Is this considered normal and acceptable? Have any/all of you had your fronts professionally installed? If so, what was cost like and were there major fitment issues?

Thanks for any help or advice offerred guys, I really don't want to rock the stock front after the motor swap.

Putting on a bumper is a piece of cake. Unless you have an intercooler, then it's a reeeeal biotch

Intercooler will be going on soon. Do I need to have it installed prior to fitting the bumper? I am still using the full factory crash bar and the intercooler will sit behind that.

Also, there are no pre-drilled holes in the bumper and that it what has me concerned.

well the thing is, when u have an intercooler, sometimes the bumper needs to be custom cut for proper fitment. If you're runnin the stock bumper, all you need to do is cut off 2 slits and it'll fit fine.

You SHOULD be ok.. Only thing that would scare me is that there is no holes drilled. My Aerosync front bumper went on flawless with 1/8 gaps by the headlights. It is not noticible unless you are looking for it.
