Totally gonna do that now that I think about it!

PS: Pix of the GF (I'd think the question doesn't come from Mid-A since everyone'd met me and my gf already)

yeah, i doubt you could still sue the drug testing facility. you could talk to her manager but unless she has had other complaints, i wouldnt bet on her getting fired

I'm drafting up a "professional" letter to explain the situation and the horrible customer experience that she encountered and will try to send it to the drug test facility's high up person. It's actually a national company so we can try to escalate it up as much as we want

So I talked to an employment lawyer today. As long as we can provide any proof that the facility was providing slander to the hiring company, we have a case. But first we will need to contact the hiring company to provide us the exact conversation between them and the drug test facility in writing. Then the next step shall be easy since there were over 20 people in the wait area that saw the whole scene.

So... We've essentially got ZERO damages correct?

Then you ain't got ****.

Move on. The hiring market is fickle and your girl ran into
a class A docuhe at the test center. It sounds like (and
looks like) she could make more money doing work that
doesn't require a drug test (hint hint).

So... Move on. Stay in school and don't waste your time
dreaming about how to get rich quick.

Unless you've got a JD or MD today, yes... stay in school.

You should have taken my absurdly posed comment as a compliment.

Your girl is cute. If she is taking a drug test for work she is in the wrong field.

hahahaha... I wish the whole world would follow your vision so we'd all be lawyers and doctors... I'm gonna tell my friend who just got his PHD in Computer Science that he needs to stay in school because lgear080 said so.

Thanks for the compliment on my girl. I know you wish you have one. Now go get that JD or MD TODAY so you can get one for yourself! YAY!

What "field" are you implying she should work at then?

haha sorry but that makes no sense at all. Anyone that is familiar with hiring process would know that if they don't want to hire her, they wouldn't have gotten so far to pay for the drug test and background check.

Not so sure about this one. Most people are hired on a 30-90 probationary period and the company/agency has the right to terminate you during this period as long as they have proper justification for doing so.

When my sister was a contractor she got fired a bunch of times for lying on her resume.
