haha sorry but that makes no sense at all. Anyone that is familiar with hiring process would know that if they don't want to hire her, they wouldn't have gotten so far to pay for the drug test and background check.
You've got a point, but just to play devils advocate, how do you know they actually processed the test and billed the hiring company? Sounds to me like they probably didn't process the test and instead called the hiring company to complain...
