Is anyone on here a CPA that's capable of filing a small corporation's taxes? We're talking extremely small-scale (1 person @ moment), with less then 10 transactions for the entire fiscal year, and it is a C corp that is registered in VA, but did business in GA. It's for a friend, and I vaguely remember some CPAs posting threads about it... If you have any good ones I should tell him about, let me know!

Recieved- thanks! Anyone recommend anything else? I talked to him this morning and looks like he's considering filing an extension. It's his first year of paying a corporation tax, so apparently VA requires paper?
