Price was 234.84 FREE SHIPPING is what the website said so i hopped on the purchase. Already payed i felt this was too good to be true so i call...
Rep says what you paid is what you will get. Im happy
He tells me he will call me back later.....no phone call....
i call them back, now he says it was a glitch in theyre system and shipping was not free shipping is now 80$ more...

whos at fault should i make a big deal??
come to a agreement about shipping cost??

Cancel the order if it's a glitch. You can find better price for sure.

Unfortunately this deceptive scheme is more and more common.

Recently ordered a Garmin GPS. Got a email saying “Call us immediately.” Spoke with salesperson on the phone. He says “The unit that you ordered is outdated. You probably want the latest version for $$$.”

There's a company.. I can't remember the name.. but that's basically all that they do. They put out items as leader items and ask you to call to verify your shipping address or something. They then try to sell you something else at x price. If you don't go for it, they tell you the item you wanted is out of stock and cancel your order.

Google the place you ordered it from- chances are that's the type of business they're in.

... and to the OP, cancel the order. Get it from somewhere else.

 

I wouldnt have paid the extra $80. If it was a glitch thats their problem.
