That is def a harder area to repair, make sure you get that to a good body shop. I'd roll that into D&V asap, they'll get that fixed right.

If you get any BS from the insurance company remember these words, "My neck and back hurt, I'm going to see a doctor". Your car will get fixed ASAP and you will have a rental in no time.
Dammit I knew you mustve had something to do with it!!

Sorry to hear that man. With all the upgrades I've done in the past few months, I rarely even drive as aggressive on the streets as I used to. Just addding the 19's makes me feel a little unstable at some speeds.

GL getting all this fixed up!

..... It wasnt aggressive driving on the streets or whatever it was a left hand turn. I mean, turbos wouldnt have helped get away from that guys car.

He has since changed his story and now is goign to turn this into an f'ing ordeal. Im so happy now

Use Frank as your witness as to what happened to back you up. If you have any questions, give me a call and I can help you word things correctly so the other company doesn't try to jack you up - I was an insurance adjuster for a year when I got out of college - shittiest job EVER!!

What part of the other guys car hit your Z?

Who was making the left turn?

Were you both turning onto the same road at the same time?

How was the other driver entering the roadway? Was he making a left turn as well, just heading in the opposite direction?

Is MD a comparitive negligence state?

Just based on the area of damage to your Z I would say the key phrase(s) for you is that:

1. You had established yourself in your proper lane of travel prior to impact

2. The POI shows that you were clearly there to be seen. Cars don't drive sideways, so the other driver failed to be aware of his surroundings as he entered the roadway
