Sorry for this Grizz - that does suck. This may be partly my fault. I touched your car while it was at Hill's and some of my FAIL may have rubbed off on it
If you get any BS from the insurance company remember these words, "My neck and back hurt, I'm going to see a doctor". Your car will get fixed ASAP and you will have a rental in no time.

I know. Im really not happy about this whole thing. I talk to the ins today. Anyone got any good shop recommendations near Bmore? It wont make it too far (unless I tow it which if not paying for doesnt bother me)
Sorry to hear that man.
With all the upgrades I've done in the past few months, I rarely even drive as aggressive on the streets as I used to. Just addding the 19's makes me feel a little unstable at some speeds.
GL getting all this fixed up!

What part of the other guys car hit your Z?
Who was making the left turn?
Were you both turning onto the same road at the same time?
How was the other driver entering the roadway? Was he making a left turn as well, just heading in the opposite direction?
Is MD a comparitive negligence state?
Just based on the area of damage to your Z I would say the key phrase(s) for you is that:
1. You had established yourself in your proper lane of travel prior to impact
2. The POI shows that you were clearly there to be seen. Cars don't drive sideways, so the other driver failed to be aware of his surroundings as he entered the roadway
