For those who cannot attend the May 10th cruise because of Mother's Day plans, we're organizing a group for May 24th so it no longer conflicts with any Sunday events.

Meet @ Bob Evans, 10am!

We’ll meet at Bob Evans Restaurant in Manassas at 10:00. The restaurant is just off of I66. We depart at 11:00 for a leisurely caravan to Front Royal - the north entrance to Shenandoah National Park.




Dinner will be at Skyland Resort (about 42 miles south of the entrance). Skyland houses a full-service dining room with carryout service and offers a varied menu of regional favorites and contemporary food.

Rain Date: May 31st

Pre-cautions: Don't park on the side of the road, you can get ticketed by park police. I saw several ricers learn this the hard way last year. You can only stop/park at designated overlook areas.

If this is a better date that does not conflict with other meetings or important dates, then why not ask everybody to come on this date?

It would be better than splitting the group in two. I know some might go to both trips... well, time will tell O.o
