So I totally got owned and I need your help Mid-A's! I found someone to take over my current rental lease in Columbia, MD, gave my office 30 days notice and the person backed out and told me he found another place! So now I have until June 6th to find someone!

Rental Details:
Basically we need someone to sign a new lease with the office. So they will run a credit check on you. Please do not bother if your credit score is under 600. The leasing term is up to you but the monthly rental will vary based on that. So what do you get from taking over my lease instead of just renting it through the rental office? I will give you $1200 cash as incentive plus a black leather couch that's worth over $800. Not to mention the apartment company might give you some good summer special. The 2 incentives will definitely add up!
