Going riced out with the car
Well me and Dave@FT have a little something up our sleeve...
to be continued with the performance section of this thread.
So...Justin@Redline Designs and I are going to go all out on the G with decals and the like. I know everyone is like...man keep it clean and stock-like but that is so 3 years ago and since I only drive the car to meets and the track... I want to rice it out, especially one the Master Mechanic gets doen with it...
so I am polling the stickiest of the rice mixing bowl (MID-A FTW) for ideas and suggestions, thoughts...
if you dont like decals and ricing your car out....save you post for another thread please... I will flame you because I dont do much at work and I have time to think of good come backs...lol

PASSENGER SIDE!
Since I am all about drifting I am going with the tradition Initial D (type "Initial G" on you tube for some videos). Plus I watched ever episode of the cartoon back in the late 1990s...I was riced out before most of these cats was driving...lol.
This will be on the passenger side for sure, and this is the only thing that I have committed to thus far. YES...the TOFUUUU resteraunt logo will be on the side of my car. If you dont know why I would do such a thing, I suggest you go out and rent the movie. (sorry Ethan, I have to man) lol
I really want to do a ninja theme on this side to match the Japanese writing...
Drivers Side
I am a two time war vet and did 14 months in Baghdad as a contractor. The military them has been done many times....but it keep calling me to continue the trend... (note the AirForce core values on the pic above with my Values in the middle... my values are GOD, FAMILY (friends), COUNTRY.
OK so my thoughts for the passenger door was listing all the US ARMED FORCES on the door like normal sponsors.
USAF
USMC
ARMY
NAVY
USCG
then to something like this in front of the rear wheel, but just the outline, not solid black ( I dont think yet...lol)

so what are some suggestions and ideas.... any one have any images for me to ponder over... any particular themes that has not been done.
i wanted to do something with Wounder Warriors...but some TTZ Yahoo has that going..lol

Since my car is white...maybe I can redo the trunk section with the reverse image of this one? Remove the Nissan Badge and put the SKYLINE under him? hmmmm

I would keep the theme with something from Japanese art, weaponry, or nature.
Always thought the iconic crashing JDM wave would be nice on the side of a white car
I would start looking at some Art containing Samurais, Katana blades or Sais for inspiration.
A classic Street Fighter character like eHonda would be really cool. Since he is short legged unlike the majority of the characters he would fit easily and take up space on the side of the car. If justin could do up a graphic of him squating and doing that rapid punch he does -- or maybe you could make the side of your car into one big screen shot of two characters battling. Like eHonda fighting Dalsim squating down kicking with his long long legs. You could include the life bars and count down timer in there as well depending on how crazy you wanted to get. You can go a lot of differnt directions with the "street fighter" theme, and intertwine very subtle unique elements to the screen shot, like maybe a honda tattoo on eHondas shoulder and Dalsim giving him a knock out punch -- Idk, you could really have fun with it though. It sounds like you want Mike-D levels of ricer points.
Other ideas that come to mind from Japanese culture are the lotus blossom, Panda, Japanese fan, maybe even a set of chop sticks holding a piece of sushi.

dooo it.... Tofu is a must.. how about some sort of original drift team sticker to keep with the initial D theme..(speedstars etc..)
