They've been like seriously cracking down for some reason. My brother got pulled over by a state trooper in his rx-8, not even speeding. There was an accident on the highway, and they were creeping though traffic. A state trooper pulled him over for having a cover on his license plate. Apparently it's illegal in MD to even have a license plate frame on around your plates, let alone a cover.

That's BS. I actually got off with a warning from a trooper because of my alumni tags. I was trying to get closer to a black 300ZX and he thought I was trying to race him.
