Nope, down pipe goes on the hot side of your turbo, and connects to your exhaust. Up pipe connects to the bottom of the turbo, and connects to your headers i think.

nope, doesnt look like a sway at all. Just look at where the bolts go, on the left you can easily see how the washer isnt centered, rotate that washer and it will make the camber arm longer/shorter
A arms are full A arms, that is not what is bent at least barnie HOPES that's not the case, if not he might as well go all out and get some fully adjustable A arms.

I believe the term you're looking for is camber arm, adjustable for some random car, the stock Z camber arms are just a piece of metal with zero adjustment outside of the bolt/washer I talked about.
This is a Z/G control/a arm
