Slim, I'm going to try and start lifting again this weekend. I'm down to using one crutch so hopefully I should be OK to do a few things.

I lost a battle with a flight of stairs back in college so no benching anymore for me. [popped the shoulder completely out] When I was younger [like you] my max never went beyond 375. As soon as I can walk properly again I'm planning to tone up using lighter stuff and more reps.
