I bought a Motordyne one, so hopefully it'll be worth it for some small gains. I'm still not ready to join the rest of the Mid-A and have a small jet engine installed under my hood.

For $1000, the Cosworth Plenum better gives some good gain...

I installed my motordyne myself. Didnt take long. BORROW A TORQUE WRENCH.

Butt dyno noticed gains (not sure if they were really there) and the engine sound changed a bit. Overall im happy with what I got for my money.

Becareful not to get the little rubber gasket around the oil fill caught between the spacer and the plenum. Leaking it no mur bueno.

Oh and remember all the little plugs. I forgot a tiny one and couldnt find where it was. Search function on my350z actually worked.

Oh yeah, it takes longer to get the strut bar spaced and tightened right (not hitting hood not hitting engine) than it does to install the plenum WORD

It should be here in a couple days and on the car shortly after so I'll see if it was actually worth it. I did read on the Z-tech forums that a change in the engine sound [w/exhaust upgrades] would be apparent.
I got so many ideas from the Pho meet, just don't have the cash right now.

Its pretty easy. The throttle body coolant thing is kind of a b!tch to get to but over all its pretty easy. Like I said, a torque wrench makes everything better.

Yup it will make things sound a little deeper. But pleasseeeee get a torque wrench like Jgrizzle suggested when installing a plenum spacer. Even little Ricky Wu cracked 2 plenums from over torquing while installing plenum spacers. And for people that benches cars to kill time like you Clay, please get a torque wrench...

Etan,
It's common knowledge around these parts that "little" Ricky Wu has the strength of 10 men [12 when he's had two or more servings of Sugar Pops] and can easily kill a man just by staring at him.

Anh has Brides in his car. But I highly doubt you'd fit in those since I barely fit in it. They do make bigger sized seats though.
