Ahh another fellow resturant owner/worker. If you get one from taylor used, it can be 10+years old they will still want around 6k+ for it. Legit ice cream would be too time consuming.
What kind of kitchen stuff you need? I got a stove/oven that needs to be thrown out. Its humongous, you can literally cook bigslim in it while hes standing up in it. Let me know what kind of kitchen stuff you need. I'll take a look around the storage room.

Anything legit is too time consuming or hard to do, that's why its good. Just like Cantonese chow mein with beef and black bean paste Mmmmmm
As of right now we're pretty good on stuff, only thing I'd like to buy anytime soon is new gaskets for all the coolers, and new quick disconnects for all our gas equipment.
