no it happens throughout the day sitting in class, walking, driving. i can feel it between my toes all the way up to my hand. its a weird sensation.

It's illegal. Any modification to your exhaust in the state of md is illegal i believe. he could have gotten him for the decible of the exhaust.

Yup, any part on your car that doesn't meet OEM specs is ILLEGAL.
