Goof and Lo let's take our knowledge
and sit these cats down like they was in college
to teach, preach, and speech about how to flow
because with out a flow there's nowhere to go.
I'm gonna put in my two cents
so all these unskilled cats can see what I meant
when I said that flow is needed to rap n shit
because without it you'll be faker than plastic ****.
First off, think of a beat that plays steady
The timing of your rhymes depends on it heavy.
If the words that you spit don't match the beat
Your rap will turn out like shit and you won't compete.
Next, learn to rhyme in a melody
If you can't, your lyrics will be dead to me.
Without the ability to rhyme
your game will stop in time and you'll never reach your prime.
When you can rhyme to that beat that you have in your head
you'll be able to flow one step ahead to get the bread.
Flow and beat is the equation to spitting legit
If they equal each other, then you'll never need to quit
