Bored @ work, so I just searched on these. Wouldn't you rather have an AS tire than a Summer one? Even though it is about to get warm out, wouldn't an AS tire last longer going into the colder months? I'm guessing JGrizz Manor has a garage attached for storage so switching from Summer to Winter tires might not be an issue?? [like it is for some of us]

Im recommending the DWS All seasons (which I have on my OEMs)

I bought summer tires because they are for my volks and I dont plan on using them anywhere near close to when it snows. And right now Chateau de Grizz does not have any storage problems for my summer and winter wheels. Although the GF is not understanding why there is a carbon fiber hood in the bedroom and why you need different lug nuts for certain wheels.

Im moving in June though and not looking forward to having no garage

Woody you can get my flywheel when it comes off the car...

Clay and jonathan:

I have never run the tires you have jonathan but I will say the toyo proxy T1r's that are on the car now have about equal grip and best performance similar to that of my hankook ventus evo 12's. the toyo's came ont eh rims when I bought them I bought the hankooks for something like 800 shipped for all 4 from a vendor on here.

the hankooks have good tread wear rating too...

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...s+V12+Evo+K110

those are the ones I got^^

When I replace my tires I think I will get another set of the hankooks... Specs are pretty much the same and they are 300 less

As soon as I got wise enough [i.e. lost control] with the OEM Potenzas, I ran nothing but Hankooks on my 17 inch wheels. When I upgraded to the 19s 1st thing I looked for was an AS tire and I got the face. The guy at Sears finally told me that a size 19 wheel is strange because mose people don't run them, choosing instead to run 17, 18, or 20s. So at the time, there weren't a lot of options for me. Things may have changed since then, or maybe someone on here knows better? If given the choice, I'd never even buy a summer tire for this region. But that's just me....

dude its all labor.. they will say it takes them 6hrs to do it.. i think they charge like 100/hr.. so that 600 and they will charge like 600 for an OEM flywheel so now your at like 1200 plus taxes and any other parts required.. Stealership FTL
