There was a guy there who was EXTREMELY rude when I went with friends to go pick up some parts for his 240. He already knew what he wanted, and had talked to Chaser over the phone, and they basically said he was good to go when he came in to pick them up. Well when we got there, they acted completely different, as if we had never spoke with them before. They were gonna give him a good deal since he was getting a full kit PLUS hood and other stuff and then they gave him a hard time when they were pricing everything out. so the entire time, I'm sitting there doing this:

THEN! When they brought everything out of the warehouse, the front bumper they gave him was complete CRAP and it was already cracked in a million places. So I showed him, because he didn't see them. and when he asked if they could swap it for another bumper, he said NO! Like WTF?! No, you just bought this fawked up cracked bumper, so we're not giving you a dif one. The guys actually tried to say that we could have cracked it while moving it literally 6 feet, before putting it in the car....

So he asked for a discount and the guy said no to that as well. HORRIBLE businessman...and after maybe 15 min of arguing and looking at each other, the guy FINNNALLLYY had someone go up to the warehouse to grab a new bumper...

It was just a really annoying and frustrating situation. And after seeing it, I Would personally never buy anything from them.

 

^ Wow and from what I know Paul has a really good temper. Those people must really have fuxked up pretty bad.

 

ni kidding I have never seen paul get upset and he understands waits and aftermarket parts having small flaws better then I think anyone
