I looked at a voodoo shift **** from Ricks Accessories.. its aluminum?

yea they have a whole bunch other than aluminum color... mine is black but you gotta make sure you get it for the z... i belive paul has the aluminum on.

no i think its lighter..... if you mean countersunk like it goes realy far down then yes
