Why not make them work while they are in jail but not pay em??? Right now they are compensated for work they do. Or are allowed to be on the work program where they leave jail to work for there set times... Make there pay checks go back to the jail systems. But allow them to earn the "good behavior" days. Then there is an incentive and the jails will be making back money.

Same as they do now. If they charge people for jail time how hard will it be to enforce it??? They are already criminals what makes you think they will pay???

Ughhh finding my new project car is not going to be fun.
