Wont argue that , but still the guys at ye old did a sick job and i cant wait to take delivery on them.

Even though paint isnt as durable as powder coat these will be my show only summer wheels.

Mannn....I just noticed one of my rpf1's has damage in a weird spot. Appears to be superficial, but I'm worried it may bring the wheels out of balance.....seems fine at 60-70mph. I really don't want to find out one of my wheels is slightly out of balance at 120 down summit main though. Fail.

I won't say what Zach told me last night what he paid for all his wheels to be painted, plus repair (unless he's will to say). But the wheel repair there is ~100-120 dollars which is REALLY good, seeing as how most places try to charge at least 180 for rim repair.
Doesn't Ye Old have customer service issues but their work is awesome?

i've heard both arguments.

i think painting is cheaper and holds up just as well as PC on wheels.

if something sharp is on the hwy and it hits your wheel i dont care if you wheel is gold ****ing plated that ***** gonna chip or scratch, doesnt matter what the coating is...

Exactly.

So the obvious solution is to never drive one's car.

Can you PM me their contact info?

It's an impressive shop......since more than one person asked I will just link to their contact page.

I contacted them through email, received very quick replies, and a conformation call the day prior to my appointment. They have a sizeable support/office staff...which is nice.

+1 ptuning is a really nice and clean shop. They've done some pretty sick scion tc's. That's where I go for my alignments. Plus you can watch a movie or play some playstation in their waiting room while they work on your car.
