The Z is on Viagra!!! It hasn't been "up" for like a few years since I put on the spoiler. Finally got around to get some stronger struts and fixed the issue....

Just got an update from the Base Auto Body. They installed the front bumper and it fits right on. The passenger side of the rear bumper fits right on but the driver side needs some sanding/molding. We're still on budget and on schedule!!! They haven't touched the side skirts yet so hopefully they will fit well too!

There is a slight delay with the body work. The side skirts went into a little fitment issue and required some sanding and molding. But the good news is that they're all fitting perfectly now!!! Took a while but I stopped by the shop and they really do look good. It'll take them another 2 - 3 days to finish up the paint job. Picking the car up next Tuesday!!! I'm getting sooo anxious.

Stopped by the shop today and checked out the progress.. OMG it's looking GOOOOD! Official pick up date is tomorrow....

A little preview

PS: That's not a gap between the bumper and the driver side fender. The bolt is not on yet.

Where in Elkridge is this body shop? Are they reasonable?

Do they park the cars inside overnight?

<----will set the rev limit to 2000rpm's if/when I leave my car anywhere

The place is called Base Auto Body.

6205 South Hanover Road
Elkridge, MD 21075
(410) 796-6704

They do have a pretty big facilities. But I don't think they park all the cars inside (They do have a few vehicle parked inside). I'm sure you can request for that. They do mostly insurance claimed work. The thing impresses me the most is their paint job. The G's red, a few years old and always parked outside so the color had definitely been faded. The paint match was 100%. The kit's a replica and it fitted pretty bad to begin with but they managed to shave and mold to get it to fit really well. I was frustrated by the delay at first (from 2 weeks to 4 weeks). But after seeing how it turned out, I'm totally gonna recommend people go to there. The price is not the cheapest, but it's definitely reasonable and no where near what D&V quoted me.

doesn't a rev limiter fry ignition coils? or is there a coil eating gremlin (keith) hanging out in my engine bay when my car is in limp mode?

Monica is distracing me from the car. Can you post pics without her in them so I can see what the car looks like?

(My GF gets mad at me when I look at other asian girls)

J/K man. It looks great. I really like the black on red.
