Any way to remove some points on Maryland?

Any way to remove some points on Maryland?
Hello!
I just dont know, but I think my last ticket could have given me more points that what I originally thought.
I have heard that in VA you can take a course to get rid of the points (Although I do not know if this is true). Anything similar in MD?
I know that taking the course could have them voided at court. But It looks like judges do not like me and they always strike me with all the freaking points...
I would need something for after the "guilty with explanation" sentence....

If you say you are willing to take the drivers improvement course the judge may drop the points in court....
As far as I know though there is no way to drop them once you have them besides waiting out what ever the time is...
