I got a good one for the mechanically inglied.
Walmart is about saving money, they would only do what is needed as where super..... turbochargedg is about making money, and will pull every last shaddy move in the book to make sure everyone of his customers is getting F-ed.
Walmart > all.
At least that's how the avg person thinks.

I own my own mechanic shop and get this type of $hit all the time. Lots of times they'll say ima call a lawyer and I just say go ahead and ask them if they need a phone book to look one up.

I got this same thing when I was working a part time job as a service truck putting batteries in peoples cars for AAA. We had a lady come to the shop after paying for a bettery and me installing it and saying when she went to a mechanic he told her the battery wasnt her problem. (duh its b rand new) then she refused to take her old battery back that we showed her multiple times on the tester that it was bad. Claiming we had messed it up lol. The owner gave her her money back though.
But I was pretty mad even though it didnt fall back on me she tried to put all the blame on me.

Try working in the food biz.....
So is it true... did you really swap it out for a bad part?

Ahhhh the food business. I have much experience with that. Don't eat the tomatoes..........
Also, if I ever made a sandwich for myself I'd always get the ingredients which are less likely to be man-handled by us.
I'm having the same problem as OP's customer. I've got a 03 350Z, and today the battery light comes on, volts are a bit unsteady and goes down to 12V while driving... I suspect its the alternator, hav anyone else needed alternator replacing on their 350Z? I dont know how long an alternator is suppose to last, or does it need a rebuild? Any suggestions would be helpful as I need this fixed asap. Also, I've just got a new battery 3 months ago, so that wont be the problem. =)
^^^^haha we get dumba** customers like that all the time....like the guy that came in with his is-f and says he hits his rev limiter at 140, or the guy who says "when my briefcase hits my car it leaves a scuff mark, i dont think the paint should scratch that easily" hahahaha workin their cracks me up. theirs always someone
