Thanks man, seeing what you went through was definitely a contributing factor on getting out early.

Worst investment without doubt. IMO it's a hobby that's extremely hard to grow out of though. Buying a house is def a priority over modding a car.

Congrats Bryce. Although I'm disappointed that we didn't get to put bigger turbos on, I'm glad you have moved onto to other important priorities. Now, don't be a stranger!

Bryce....paying off a house isn't the best thing to do financially believe it or not for most.

I had to go out and pull equity out of my new house b/c I was getting murdered on taxes w/o a mortgage.

Sad to see the car go but congrats on getting it gone b/c we all know how difficult it is to sell a highly modified car.

Robbie,
Yeah I will be weighing out the options when deciding on paying off the house, I know taxes are much easier when a mortgage is ongoing. And thanks again everyone for the input. And your car looks sick with the new body kit btw

Clint, yeah the bigger turbos would have been fun but I had to define the line on when to cut my losses.

Keith, i'll definitely check out the new place in August, just keep me posted.

Nice! It's good to see rates going back down. I got quoted at 5.5 a few weeks ago.

good luck with the new house man. A house will hopefully appreciate over time while a car 98% of the time won't.
