Bert he was one of my golf 4some but i havent played in about 3 years and his phone # has changed so i cant get ahold of him anymore. We used to go up and blow off about 500 rounds a shooting just to have fun.He had about 50-90 yards with a big berm he built himself with a thick rubber mat.Im gonna just have to drive back up into PA and go to his house and talk to him again.....if he even lives there anymore.
There is a place near the NASA Spaceflight center (PG County) that does it. Its run by the state of MD and is CHEAP. To rent a Beretta shotgun (1k-3k firearm) its $5. I think its only $8 per round of trap for 50 targets. Sporting Clays are 16ish for 50-60 targets and thats with a guide. Let me know if you are up for an early morning shoot. I am no expert (learning myself still) but I can show you the basics.

Russ, most of my friends have 9mm's but if you would like to try a bunch of different pistols you should come with us to the range one time. We shoot at On Target in Odenton...every once in a while we rent a $hit load of pistols and recently among those was a Glock 22, FAWK I hate the grip angles and the $hitty triggers, we all hated it. After a few rounds down range it went back out to the front for a 229.
And if you guys do a morning gun meet for the Z guys I am down for that too. Just gotta be at work by 12

Bitchass, the Walther is more mine than the guy who REALLY owns it. I shoot and clean it, plus I have possession of it at the moment.
At least I didn't buy a brand new, defective, Sig that spits rounds out sideways. LOL.
No BK yet, the **** is on backorder from the place we are getting it from.

Um two individuals both we know are armed, arguing...........
I'ma gonna hide in corner with the G36. LOL. JK
What is a BK Stock for the 10/22 you were talking about? There are a few things out there to make the 10/22 to appear more like a tactical rifle. I modded mine a bit to more of a target style. Laminate Thumbhole stock, Green Mountain Heavy BBL, 3-24x40 Scope, extened mag release. I am going to have a trigger job performed on it here shortly.

Very nice! I would like to shoot that. My fudge packing friend DYI01 just bought a 10/22 and while hes putting a body kit on it, I think I prefer the look and function of a build like yours. How accurate can you shoot it and at what distance? With my Sig getting fixed Im about to go buy a 10/22 to hold me over.
.22LRs are accurate up to about 50-75 yards before gravity, wind and enviromental changes take effect. I was picking off bee's, wasps and bumble bees off clover and dandylions at 53 yards. :-D That scope is DEFINATELY overkill for a 10/22 b/c of its magnification.
There are some REALLY cool and weird kits out there for the Rugers. I have seen people mount them in airsoft frames to make them into a G36 clone.
I have a nice Thompson Contender chambered in 22LR I will get a pic of to show you with a match barrel and .5lb trigger pull. I haven’t shot it yet at long distance but with a rest and scope I am sure I can keep it in an inch at 100 yards. It’s a single shot break over rifle one of the most accurate designs out there since there is no blow back, its along the same principal/idea as a bolt action.
