I'm definitely down for a meet! I'd love to try sporting clay, skeet, or trap as I've never done that before. My rifle is currently at the armorer's getting the barrel threaded. As soon as I get that back I'm going to hit up Hap Baker. I'm planning on going to On Target this weekend to try out my new plinker. Anyone want to join me?

Both Dan and Bert have memberships so if you go with one of them its really cheap.

What about you?

What time are you thinking about going? I should use up my ammo I don't think I've shot for at least 2 years. I don't even know how many .40 rounds I have. I should have shitloads of .22s

Jeffie if you go with us, you get 1/2 off range time. So if you bring your own ammo and have your eyes/ears you would only pay for targets which is less than $5, and maybe $10 for 1hr of range time.

Im going sometime Saturday, taking my parents shooting again, hopefully my 1000rds of 9mm comes in before that!

Charles-where is Hap Baker? Do you know the prices?

If I go this weekend I'll take my P22 and Sig 229

also have a 10-22, a 12G with pistol grip, and a 410

I'd like to pick up an XD 9mm but I really don't use them enough to justify owning yet another one.

Then again look at my Z lol

Hap Baker is off of Route 140 in Westminster, right near the dump. It costs out of county residents $15 for the day. I've never been there but from what I've read the place is nice and the only downside is that it tends to get crowded.

Nope! That poor thing still hasn't been shot yet. 3 days after I picked it up from you, I dropped it off at Scott's Gunsmithing in Glen Burnie to get the barrel threaded.

Damn Jeffie is a closet gun freak! lol

Thats ok...we found out Mike D was too at the last gun show.

April 27,28, 29 is the next show at Dulles if anyone is interested.

I personally can't wait till the weather gets a little nicer. I want to do some outdoor shooting.

Anyone familiar with a "Turkey Shoot"?

Ha! I just like to shoot man, its been my most hardcore "hobby" since getting into it at the end of 08', its taken over the car and the riding some.

Well over 7000rds thru all my pistols in that time and 2 are fairly new to me.

Got home from work to find the post office had delivered my order from 44mag.com! Because we can't buy 20+ round magazines here in MD, 44mag.com shipped me all the parts I needed for 2 25 round Blackdog Machine mags for my Sig522. I took me less then 2 minutes to assemble them. I'm really looking forward to picking up the rifle tomorrow.
