I have a townhouse I'm renting over in South Riding right off RT 50. About 5 mins from the shop. Looking for two roomates -
1st room available - NOW $600 + Utilities (+ $100 for Garage Space)
2nd room available - Sept. 16th $700 + Utilities and Garage Space
Really nice place. 2300 sq/ft Two car garage, patio, big screen, Verizon FIOS with movie package and 20MB Internet.
Great Room with big kitchen and a smaller dining area. Nice quiet family community with access to 4 different pools.
Upstairs rooms are setup really cool in a "In-law" suite setup. Each room is approx 10X12 with large walk in closets. Individual vanity with mirror and sink. Shared shower and toilet. There is a rec room with TV cutout in between the rooms so you get your own spot to chill.
